         70% of the students of the school are girls and one of the most important aims is promoting equal opportunities in every sector. There are also 5% of immigrant students who need personalized teaching enabling them to learn Italian and better integrate.As for organization, the school is divided in six departments coordinated by a teacher responsible for the different activities each of them deals with. The international activities are managed by the Department of “Foreign Relations” including teachers, parents and students.All the six departments report to the headmaster and to the person in charge of administration and every decision has to be approved by the School Council and by the School Teachers.
